Second Milestone Chemical LLC has expanded its fluid equipment range with a new generation of pre-assembled skid systems and high-efficiency centrifugal pumps, developed in response to demand from mining, chemical and water treatment customers.
The revised range covers filtration skids, dosing packages and transfer pump sets, all assembled, pressure-tested and instrumented before dispatch. Customers receive a package that can be set down and tied in, rather than a collection of loose components to be assembled on site.
Built around the duty point
Each package starts from the process duty: flow rate, fluid characteristics, available head and the maintenance access your site can realistically provide. Hydraulics are then trimmed to that duty point instead of being selected from the nearest catalogue rating — which is where most throttling losses and avoidable energy costs originate.
